The board of JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums has passed a decision pursuant to what the aquisition of 49.86% of shares of AAS Baltikums from JSC Baltikums Apdrosinansanas Grupa is intended.

The decision on aquisition is passed within frame of optimization of activity of the Baltikums holding.
