Baltikums Banka Will Pay Notes Coupon Interest for Eleventh Period

In compliance with the requirements of the Latvian Central Depository Rules No.8 On Dividends, Principal and Other Income Payments, we declare that on 2 November, 2009 Baltikums Banka will make a coupon payment (interest) on its third issue notes (ISIN code: LV0000800407) for the eleventh coupon period (from August 02, 2009, till November 01, 2009). The calculation date is 30 October 2009. The total calculated interest amount is EUR 61877.13; the size of the coupon payment (interest) per one note is EUR 0.9964111.

According to the terms of the issue of Baltikums Banka, the coupon rate is set for each interest calculation period based on the 3 months EURIBOR rate fixed on the coupon rate determination date plus 3% p.a. The rate for the eleventh coupon period on the notes (ISIN code: LV0000800407) was 3.899%.
