Baltikums Banka Sets the Coupon Rate for the Twelfth Period

Baltikums Banka informs that the coupon rate of the bonds (ISIN LV0000800407) for the twelfth coupon period (from November 2, 2009 till February 1, 2010) will be 3.722%.

According to the terms of the issue of Baltikums Banka the coupon rate for each interest calculation period is set based on 3 months EURIBOR rate fixed on the rate setting date plus 3% p.a.

According to the Bank of Latvia 3 months EURIBOR rate was 0,722% p.a. on Oktober 29, 2009, thus the coupon rate for the twelfth period (from November 2, 2009 till February 1, 2010) will make up 3.722%.
