Baltikums Banka Sets the Coupon Rate for the Eleventh Period

Baltikums Banka informs that the coupon rate of the bonds (ISIN LV0000800407) for the eleventh coupon period (from August 2, 2009 till November 1, 2009) will be 3.899%.

According to the terms of the issue of Baltikums Banka the coupon rate for each interest calculation period is set based on 3 months EURIBOR rate fixed on the rate setting date plus 3% p.a.

According to the Bank of Latvia 3 months EURIBOR rate was 0,899% p.a. on July 30, 2009, thus the coupon rate for the eleventh period (from August 2, 2009 till November 1, 2009) will make up 3.899%.
