About Appointment of the Board of JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums

On October 30, 2008 the Commercial Register of the Republic of Latvia has registered the appointment of the board of JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums for the new term until October 8, 2009. All previous members of the board of JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums – Aldis Reims – chairman of the board, Dmitrijs Latisevs – deputy chairman of the board, Leonarda Visnevska, Tatjana Drobina and Aleksandrs Halturins retain their offices.

According to the volume of assets, at the end of September JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums, that is a part of JSC Baltikums Bankas Grupa, was the 20th biggest bank of commercial banks of Latvia. Bank’s bonds are quoted in Riga Stock Exchange debt security list.
