AS IPS Finasta Asset Management Has Changed Its Name

On 31st October, 2008, AS IPS Finasta Asset Management, a subsidiary company of JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums, has registered changes in the name and legal address of the company in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Latvia.

New name – AS IPS (joint stock investment Management Company) Baltikums Asset Management, legal address – Maza Pils iela 13, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia.

According to the volume of assets, at the end of September JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums, that is a part of JSC Baltikums Bankas Grupa, was the 20th biggest bank of commercial banks of Latvia. Bank’s bonds are quoted in Riga Stock Exchange debt security list.
