Types of fiduciary transactions:
Currency transaction forward – a currency exchange transaction where settlements take place on a preset future date at the rate set upon conclusion of the transaction;
Deposit transaction – allocation of assets to a term deposit with the transaction partner;
Transaction repo – a sale of the financial instruments included in a trust (all or a part thereof) with the obligation to buy them back from the transaction partner on a preset date for a preset price;
Fiduciary loan – a loan that the fiduciary issues to its transaction partners using the assets;
Purchase of shares or capital stock shares – a transaction approved by the parties, which results in the fiduciary purchasing the shares or any other form of participation in the commercial entity.
