Baltikums Bankas Grupa established in Latvia in 1994 is a private international financial group with its head office in Latvia and with affiliates and structural units including Baltikums Banka, Baltikums Private Bank, Baltikums Asset Management, Baltikums Trust Management, ООО “Baltikums Trust” (Russia), and other companies according to the information available on www.baltikums.eu.

Baltikums Bankas Grupa operates in 5 countries, hires more than 250 professionals, and provides asset management, private capital management, banking, investment-banking, trust management, consulting, and insurance services to private, corporate, and institutional customers by acting via its own network of companies, representative offices, and branches.

Private Banking and Investment Banking have deep roots in the Bank Group’s operations and benefit from the experience of the Bank’s founders and management in various areas of finance and wealth management.

Baltikums Bankas Grupa is a banking holding with 100% participation of Latvian capital. Major shareholders are companies SIA “Alexander Peshkov Family Holdings” (40.53%) and SIA “Sergey Peshkov Holdings” (40.53%); the remaining shares belong to SIA “Andrey Kochetkov Holdings” and SIA “Oleg Chepulsky Holdings”.

As of November 2009, the paid fixed capital of Baltikums Bankas Grupa is LVL 40.257 million that has been invested in Baltikums Banka and other subsidiaries operating in six countries.

Baltikums Bankas Grupa co-ordinates development, representation of the interests and maintenance of international contacts of the Group and manages Baltikums Bankas Grupa Network, which incorporates (apart from the Bank or its subsidiaries) companies that provide a wide range of consulting, marketing and agent services in the EU and CIS countries.
