The Information Disclosed According to Article 36.3 of the Law on Credit Institutions

According to Article 36.³ of the Law on Credit Institutions and the FCMC Regulations on the Information Disclosure dated 02.05.2007, the Bank is obliged to disclose information about risks typical for its activities and their management methods, as well as about the capital adequacy of the Bank.

Information about the procedures for internal capital adequacy assessment and results of this assessment, as well as about the Bank’s capital adequacy calculated according to the FCMC Regulations for Calculating the Minimum Capital Requirements.
